Attained profitability within 12 months.
Managed all business operations, information technologies, software development, sales, marketing and operations programs.
Developed state-of-the-art information technology systems for school districts and municipal governments (payroll, personnel, accounting, and administration).
Sold the Company December 2001.

1993 - 1996 - Vice President, Integrated Software Solutions, Malvern, Pennsylvania

Successfully developed, implemented, and sold institutional information technology programs to Banks and Trust Companies for bond accounting,
securities processing and stock transfer systems. Sale revenues generated exceeded $1,000,000.
Point of contact with all institutional customers, handled all contract negotiations, response to proposals and related issues, coordinated
annual user conferences, and responsible for all trade shows, seminars, events, and activities.
Successfully developed and implemented add on products and services to customer base.

1987 - 1992 - Principal and co-founder, Laser Ink Ltd., Aston, Pennsylvania

Start-up Company, within three years, sales exceeded $3 million, and customer base grew to 2,000 throughout North/South America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Sold personal stock at a profit in 1992.  Most significant accomplishment, I did not kill my partner.
