Initially, we posted some helpful technology tips to this website.  We also emailed some of the tips to some of our customers that we knew could benefit from them.

Since the response to the tips was so positive, we determined that almost anyone with a computer could benefit from the Tech Tips.  In November of 2002 we started to email them about every month to those that we felt would find them useful.

About the Listserv

The TechTips Listserv is a compilation of approximately 1,000 people.  The majority are small business owners, and the balance is in management positions and/or sales.   Of the total, approximately 750 are located within the Philadelphia Metropolitan (predominantly Delaware County) area.  Others are friends, family, customers, and partners. 

The objective is to provide the members with useful technology tips that can be used to make life and business a little bit easier and less complicated. 

Some people have asked if they could send the Excel Calculator and Tech Tips to others.  Of course, feel free to forward whatever to whomever you want.  

And yes, I encourage you to contact me with anything.  Should you have a good tip you would like to share with everyone on the list, just send it to me.

This Listserv has an exceptional membership, and the members should benefit from participation in many ways.

I would like to see the Listserv emphasize feedback.  If you have any questions or a problem technologically related, send it to me.  Let’s face it, none of us knows everything, but I guarantee that of the 1,000 members, someone will have an answer.  If it would be beneficial to the members, we’ll get an answer and share it.

I am the owner of the Listserv.  I do not share it nor will I sell it to anyone.

I imagine there will be about 1 email a month.  

And finally, I will repeat.  If you want off of this list, just let me know.  I won’t be offended. Honestly.
